Our project management allows for flexibility throughout the construction process from conception, to design, to manufacturing and installation.
All stages of the construction of your project are overseen by our project manager who co-ordinates all trades relevant to your project. These include electrical, plumbing, plastering, flooring, glazing, painting, signage, stainless steel fabrication, terrazzo works and floor grinding.

When you’re looking for unique cabinetry to compliment your home or business, think Complete Fitouts.
The first step in the bespoke design process is to discuss your vision, the look, the feel and what your requirements are for your lifestyle or business. We’ll take measurements and access what materials you’ll be wanting to provide the look and feel that you have envisioned.
The next step in our cabinet making process is for Complete Fitouts to provide you an obligation free quote according to your request.
Acceptance of this quote is confirmed by a deposit that you would like to proceed with your project.
Next we’ll discuss colours and materials that are required to create the look and feel that you have envisioned for your project. After material selections are finalised workshop drawings can be produced ready for client approval.
Upon signing off on the bespoke detailed specifications and plans, your project now enters the production stage. The materials are ordered for your project. Production of your project is on premises at the Gold Coast.
Prepping the area for a seamless integration with bespoke cabinetry, plumbing and electrical according to the your layout. The removal of existing cabinetry and safe termination by the plumbing and electrical trades where required. This total process or pre prep can also be coordinated by Compete Fitouts if required.
Installation day usually is an early start. If Complete Fitouts is coordinating trades the prep work required would have been completed for the installation. Your bespoke cabinetry is unloaded from the Complete Fitouts delivery truck and installed. Depending on the size of the project most installations are completed in one day. Stone bench tops are custom designed onsite once the cabinetry has been installed. Once the Stone bench tops are installed the glass splash backs are made to measure, manufactured and then installed. The trades then come in and finalize plumbing and electrical appliances as required.
